At Colourbands, every order is special, and we take pride in getting your products to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Dispatch & Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We pack every item with double-layer protection to ensure it reaches you safely and in top condition.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our average delivery window is 2 to 5 business days from the day your order is shipped. The exact delivery date is shown at checkout based on your pin code and location.

Order Cutoff time: All orders placed before 2:00 pm are shipped on the same day.

Note: Public holidays, remote locations, or unexpected courier delays may affect delivery timelines. We’ll keep you posted via email or SMS if that happens.

3. On Delivery

  • Do not accept packages that look damaged, tampered with, or already opened.

  • Please record a quick video while unboxing—starting from the outer sealed package to the inner box. This helps us support you in case of any issues with the product or courier mishandling.

  • We do not allow open deliveries, so kindly cooperate with the delivery partner and only open the package once it's fully accepted.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most orders. Any applicable charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
